Accounts & teams live

Every deck signs in through here. Create a business, invite your crew, give each person the right access.

Built in the open.

Here's what's working today and what's under construction. Everything you sign up for now carries forward as new decks arrive.

  • Accounts & teamsliveYour business, your people, and invitations with the right level of access for each.
  • SpanliveA chat agent for your website that answers from your own documents and escalates what it can't.
  • ContactsliveEvery lead and customer in one place, fed automatically by Span and your forms.
  • Jobsin buildProjects, milestones and vendors, with status your customers can see.
  • Moneyin buildQuotes, invoices and payments, tied to the job they belong to.

An agent that knows when to stop.

Span answers from the documents you give it and shows where each answer came from. If your documents don't cover a question, it says so.

previewInbox, reply once, and save as answer are not live yet. When they ship, Span takes the visitor's details and puts the question in your inbox. Reply once and it goes to the visitor. Save that reply as an answer and Span handles the question itself next time.

Powered by Span

Your name on everything.

Each business gets its own address, its own colours and its own logo. Signup pages, emails and the Span widget carry your brand.

Your customers see Johns Auto. The one exception is the Span widget, which shows Powered by Span on every open chat. That line stays.

Every business is sealed off.

Your jobs, customers and documents are visible to your business and nobody else's. Automated checks confirm it on every change we ship, including attempts to reach another business's records by guessing a link.
